I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health counseling at Drake University and I have been a stay-at-home mom for many years. Counseling has been my dream since childhood, and I am grateful that God opened the door in His timing. I am bilingual in English and Indonesian.
My approach to counseling is person-centered and multicultural, while drawing from Solutions Focused Bried Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My goal is to create a safe space where you can grow, be encouraged, and feel valued and accepted. I believe you bring your own unique story and strengths, and my role is to walk alongside you.
I have been married to my husband for 14 years, we have 3 children and a small army of pet fish. We enjoy cooking, puzzles, games, movie nights, and shenanigans. I am an “indoor cat”, but I enjoy short bike rides with my family, as well as deep conversations, reading, comedy, documentaries, true crime shows, and New Kids on The Block.
